Refund policy

Return Guidelines:

1. Eligibility:

   • Items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact.

2. How to Return:

   • Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
   • Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.

3. Shipping Costs:

   • Customers are responsible for 50% of the return shipping cost.
   • Dream Jewelry will cover the other half to make the process easier for you.

4. Refund Process:

   • Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days or sooner.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
